• Charges Rs. 42,000 per person per month accommodation with Food -ONLY VEGETARIAN

• Additional person in the same Room Rs. 11,350 per person per month

• Furniture : Mirror cabinet, Soap stand - 01, Anti skid foot mat for Shower , Queen size bed, Bed Spread, Pillows - 02, Bed Side Table - 02, Locker, Foot mat in wash room, Wooden chair, Revolving chair, Book Rack, Wall clock, Bucket, Mug, Coffee Mug - 03, Spoon set - spoon-06 & Fork-02, Pen stand , Study table, Samsung Tv 43 inches with remote, Mini fridge, Wardrobe with mirror one, Painting Big size - 01, Painting Small size - 03, Gyser Call bell, Fan, Tube light, Stainless steel Dust bin - 02, Shoe horn, Three layer hanging storage bag, Wooden key stand for wall, Wooden Hanger with gold finish hooks - 02, Bathroom patrtition curtain, Window curtains.

• Two Toilets.

• sweeping the flat and cleaning toilet thrice a week.

• This package is for one month only.

• Rs. 1,20,000 /- Security deposit Refundable as per the terms and conditions of the agreement.

• Payment of Rs. 42,000 payable in advance

• The monthly fees shall be calculated for one month even if THE CUSTOMER uses the Premises for a part of the month

• If customers stays for 3 consecutive months, Rs. 20,000 will be deducted as repainting ,wear & tear , and project maintainence charges.

• If customers stays for 6 consecutive months, Rs. 30,000 will be deducted as repainting ,wear & tear , and project maintainence charges.
   

• Note: 
  The monthly fees shall be calculated for one month even if THE CUSTOMER uses the Premises for a part of the month.
  
  General terms:

• The above rates are inclusive of GST 12 % on accommodation and GST 5% on food.

• Month we mean canlender month.
